How we are protecting our patients and staff
Here’s what we are doing to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.
Patient Screening
All patients are screened prior to their appointment. Entry to the office is by appointment only.
Waiting Rooms
We have two separate waiting areas. Patients are socially distanced.
Social Distancing
We are scheduling fewer patients to allow for social distancing. Patient companions are limited to one parent or caregiver. We request that drivers remain outside.
Use of PPE
Doctors and staff wear CA-N95 or KF94 face masks, and surgical gloves when required.
Disinfection Protocol
After every patient, all surfaces that patients touch such as chin rests and forehead rests are disinfected.
Home Delivery
Get your contact lenses shipped directly to your door to avoid a separate office visit.
Virtual Exam
For some situations, the Doctor can do a virtual consultation. Virtual exams are not covered by OHIP.
HEPA filters
Air purifiers with HEPA filters are located in each exam room and in the main reception area.
COVID-19 Vaccination
Both doctors are fully vaccinated.
